• Passionate technologists to lay the foundation for our Engineering division.
• Technologists who can do more than just creating, testing, and managing the Treasury-Platform
• Technologists who can interact with founders and business teams to understand the domain, clients’ needs and design & define the Treasury-Platform.
• Professionals who can own the responsibility of defining and creating engineering principles, policies and processes.
• Ones who can invent technologies if the existing ones don’t meet the business needs.

In short, we are looking for technologists who are willing do anything and everything related to technology. If you would like to experience what it takes to be part of an engineering team in a startup from day zero, this opportunity is for you.

YOU SHOULD

• Be able to demonstrate your passion for technology
• Have 4 or more years of experience building large scale complex distributed systems
• Be willing to work with new tools and technologies
• Needless to say, be comfortable in working without any supervision

Overview

We are expanding our business team.

• Our team has conversationalists who are willing to interact with existing & new clients with equal ease.
• They carry a strong aptitude to understand finance, treasury and business. Using our proprietary platform they research through the industry and client’s financials to excavate suboptimal transactions and ways to reduce the cost of money.
• Their typical workday involves engaging with MSME promoters and finance teams, showing them various opportunities and helping them understand where and how they could be better.
• Additionally, they bring back the clients’ needs & perspectives and communicate them to the engineering teams to enhance the Treasury-Platform.

If you are open to navigate through traffic jams in the top 6 cities of India driving around with the founders and growing our market, defining our treasury-platform, this position is for you.

YOU SHOULD

• Be an avid reader who can ingest context across industries and have meaningful conversations
• Have worked 3-5 years with top tier consulting firms or banks focussing on market growth/treasury management
• Have a genuine intent to connect with and serve smart entrepreneurs to help them grow
• Have a penchant for solving problems at scale in the space of treasury & finance
• Have a Bachelors/Masters degree with a good academic track record
• Have a desire to thrive in ambiguity, and build processes as they go along

Overview

We are also expanding our Quants team. If you have a strong mathematical inclination on whataboutery on banking, currencies & interest rates, we have an opportunity for you.

• Treasury Analysts in our team are responsible for studying and researching the macro and micro-level economic data relevant to our MSME clients.
• They understand the dynamics of trade operations in banking and have comprehensive understanding of the related regulations & compliances.
• They often engage with our clients, along with other business teams, to come up with proprietary logic and intelligence which eventually gets coded into Treasury Platform.

If you enjoy churning numbers, connecting dots, finding inefficiencies in data-flows and catching leakages in financial-flows, this position is for you.

YOU SHOULD

• Have exceptional financial-data analytical skills
• Have spent 3-5 years analysing macroeconomics, currency & interest rate risks, and industries
• Have a genuine likeness for analysing ever changing government policies
• Have a penchant for finding inefficiencies in the of treasury & finance processes and svstems
• Have a Bachelors/Masters degree Economics, Mathematics or Statistics with a good academic track record
• Have a desire to thrive in ambiguity and uncertainties
